Founded by People Who Have Done It

MovingTo was founded by Dean and Ana Fankhauser after relocating their family across five countries. They built MovingTo to be the immigration service they wished had existed — licensed lawyers from day one, direct communication, clear fees, and no unanswered emails.

We are a family business. Dean and Ana run MovingTo alongside a coordination team in Lisbon and licensed lawyers in each destination country. Every process we describe on this site — from NIF registration to Golden Visa fund subscription to AIMA biometrics appointments — we have either been through ourselves or coordinated hundreds of times for clients.
