2. Scope of Services (What We Do)

Movingto provides Administrative Services only. We are not a law firm, tax adviser, or investment adviser. We do not give legal, tax, or investment advice, assess suitability, or make recommendations.

Where advice is needed, you engage Independent Professionals. We may help coordinate those engagements and logistics.

2.1 Regulatory Status & No Advice

MOVINGTO DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, TAX, OR INVESTMENT ADVICE. ALL SUCH ADVICE IS PROVIDED SOLELY BY INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONALS ENGAGED DIRECTLY BY YOU.

INFORMATION-ONLY MATERIALS (INCLUDING THE FUND DIRECTORY) ARE NOT RECOMMENDATIONS OR SUITABILITY OPINIONS AND MUST NOT BE RELIED UPON AS ADVICE.

3. Independent Professionals & Third-Party Providers

You contract with Independent Professionals under their own engagement terms. They maintain their own professional indemnity insurance and are solely responsible for their advice, filings, and representation. Movingto does not supervise or control their professional judgment and they are not our agents, partners, or employees.

Third-Party Providers (e.g., funds, banks, translators) are independent of Movingto. We do not endorse, warrant, or control their services.

4. Payments, Retainers, and Commissions

  • Collection by Movingto. You authorize Movingto to collect payments for (a) our Administrative Services, and (b) where applicable, as Payment Agent for Independent Professionals and Third-Party Providers. Receipt by Movingto in that capacity is deemed receipt by the relevant provider.
  • Lawyers’ retainers. We may pay certain lawyers a monthly retainer to ensure availability and service levels. Such arrangements do not create an agency, employment, or partnership and do not transfer responsibility for legal advice to Movingto. The lawyer remains solely responsible for legal services under their engagement with you.
  • Tax services. Where we collect fees for tax work, we do so as Payment Agent for the tax adviser. The tax adviser is solely responsible for tax advice and filings.
  • Fund commissions. For introductions to funds or related providers, Movingto may receive referral fees or commissions from sponsors. We do not provide investment advice, suitability assessments, or recommendations. Commission arrangements do not increase the fees you pay to the fund. A summary of our referral-fee policy is available on request.

6. Fund Directory & Introductions (Information Only)
