What every fee includes
- A route-fit assessment and a written scope before you commit.
- Document and source-of-funds workflow, plus tax-number and banking coordination.
- Coordination of independent licensed lawyers (in Portugal, lawyers registered with the Ordem dos Advogados) and other professionals where required.
- Appointment scheduling, biometrics planning, and case tracking through to your residence permit.
- A single point of contact from the first call to the outcome.
Billed separately
- Government & authority fees
- AIMA, consulate, immigration and registration fees, charged by the authority and set by law.
- Legal fees
- Where an independent lawyer files or represents you, their fee is agreed and billed directly by them.
- Fund or investment amount
- The Golden Visa fund subscription or qualifying investment goes to the fund or provider, never to Movingto.
- Third-party costs
- Translations, apostilles, courier, banking, and insurance, billed by those providers.

How much does Movingto cost?
It depends on the route. The table above shows from prices for Movingto's service fee on the most common services; your exact fee is fixed in a written quote after a free consultation. Government fees, legal fees, the fund or investment amount, and third-party costs are separate.
Are government and investment costs included in these fees?
No. The prices here are Movingto's coordination fee only. Government and authority fees, legal fees, the fund subscription or qualifying investment, and third-party costs are billed directly by those providers.
Why do some services say “Get a quote”?
Some routes and countries (for example Greece, the UAE, and several Spain and Italy routes) are priced per case after a route-fit assessment, so we give you a fixed figure in your quote rather than a standard from price.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. You only pay once you accept a written quote for your case.
